SENIOR K.G. ADMISSION
- The application form will be available online from November 7, 2025 onwards.
- Age Eligibility of the child: Children born between 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021 eligible to apply for Sr. K.G. Admission.
- Submission of the Application form is not a Guarantee of Admission.
- Please note that the Mobile No. and Email Id while filling the form will be used for all communication.
- Photograph: Recent Colour Photograph of size 5 cms (L) × 4 cms (H) with clear face of Parents and Child combined to be affixed on the printed form.
- No Refund of Admission Fees once paid.
DOCUMENTS
ORIGINAL MUNICIPAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the Child should be in English only. If the Birth Certificate is in any language other than English then an official English translation is required, which will be present in the school.
Aadhaar Card of the Child and both Parents (Name should not differ with the Birth Certificate).
Proof of Residence:
a. Aadhaar card with the current Address.
b. Ration card containing the Child’s Name.
c. Electric bill in the name of any one Parent.
Leave & License agreement will not be accepted as proof of residence.
For St. Sebastian’s Pre-Primary Jr. K.G. student seeking Admission in Sr. K.G. have to produce Previous Year report card
Self-attested additional documents required during form submission:
For Christians: Xerox copy of Baptism Certificate in English only.
If the Baptism certificate is in any language other than English, then an official English translation is required.For Siblings: Xerox copy of the Report card of the sibling for the academic year 2025–2026.
For Alumni: Xerox copy of St. Sebastian’s High School Leaving Certificate / SSC passing certificate of the parent.
Copy of Parent’s Qualification Certificate.
